Harvey is a male American Kestrel who is an educational raptor for Fontenelle Forest's raptor program. This boy is quite the character! He caught my attention right away with his excited klee calls! There was one time my husband, daughter and I were downstairs in the children's area on the opposite side of the building where the raptors were and we heard Harvey all the way down there!
